Monster Evolution: hit and smash

What’s new:

– Added chests with an extra reward. Chests can be found on levels.
– Added ability to revive a monster!
– Changed images of bonuses and some images of monsters.
– Added highlighting to enemies when there are few enemies left
– Removed timer on the first level on “normal” and “hard” difficulty
